As the SAP Regional Lead for Americas, you will be responsible for Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD) related deliverables across a range of SAP capabilities.Key accountabilities and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead and develop an impactful team (50+ FTE) with rich knowledge of underlying business processes, SAP functional / technical skills and SAP data management. You will work collaboratively across the global team to achieve maximum collaboration and delivery efficiency. You will also lead collaborators within other IT groups and the business. Your keen eye for anticipating future trends will help set the strategic direction of the team and ensure AZ are early adopters as appropriate.Skills and ExperienceEssential Overall 15+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP and worked in a similar capability of leading a team of professionals, either in a major SI or as part of a captive delivery centre organisation.Strong knowledge of SAP, understanding of multi-functional integration in SAP, awareness of SAP product roadmap and new features introduced as part of S/4 HANA.Experience managing capabilities and people in a large matrix organization with teams with varied strengths.
