Working with the Delivery Excellence group, the Solution and Service Delivery (SSD) change and comms team are responsible for executing the SSD communications and change strategy across all Commercial IT domain areas. The role shall require a strong focus on end-user recipients of commercial IT products and capabilities, seeking to develop change and training artefacts as well as coordinating facilitator-led comms and training engagement so IT products are understood and seamlessly adopted by the ever-expanding stakeholder matrix. The Delivery Excellence group are tasked with driving for consistency and simplification, promoting lean execution, and have a continuous eye on improvement. The role of the change and comms analyst shall also be one that always seeks to evolve our ways of working, looking for opportunities to support the development the SSD change and communications strategy and deliverables. Typical Accountabilities: Working in a small team providing SSD comms, change and training to all domains including CommEx & Digital Marketing, Medical & Market Access, and IT Data and AI. Partners with IT Capability and Business Engagement partners to perform Comms, Change and Training needs analysis as part of platform and product delivery. Works alongside platform delivery groups to understand new capability development ensuring training needs and artefacts are accurate and end-user relevant. Executes the development of training material and delivers training and engagement meetings in a consistent way across all domain areas. Supports the evolution of training portals and artefacts, and researches new tooling and methods which may add value. Seeks to develop their own skills to SME level to meet the demands of a continually evolving technical landscape. Manages 3rd party suppliers, individuals, onboarding/offboarding, coordinating efforts, and acting as quality assurance to ensure high quality deliverables. Co-owns cross-platform workplace and email comms, newsletters, and huddles. Executes internal SSD communications. Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Essential: Degree level education. Prior experience in an Information Services/Information Technology environment with good business acumen. Experience in change management with proven ability to deliver global change initiatives. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrable experience developing communications and engagement plans and producing various communications materials using different media and channels. Developing and delivering training programs and materials for different audiences. Experience in working in a technology/software delivery environment. Desirable: Experience in working in an Agile delivery organization. Experience with Digital and CRM technologies, in particular Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platform/products (not essential). Able to work and communicate with globally distributed teams. Skills and Capabilities Essential: High level written and oral communication standards. A keen eye for producing engaging materials and artefacts. A proven focus on innovation and willingness to propose new. Able to partner strongly with all levels of the stakeholder matrix. Resilient and able to deal with ambiguity. A keen eye for detail and a devoted focus on quality. Desirable: Experience in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of comms and training.
