We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior UX Designer to join our dynamic team at EPAM. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in UX/UI design to grow and develop their skills. As part of the onboarding process, you will first participate in an 8 to 10-week training program designed to enhance your skills and provide you with the foundational knowledge required to excel in this role. After completing the training, you will collaborate with experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
