We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Service Management. Principal accountabilities: Support Service Management Disciplines and functions in the promotion & adoption of Service Management best practise Controls. Ensure governance procedures and controls are followed and actioned as part of standard processes and when managing internal and/or external data. Drive/support programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks. Managing/supporting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive/support the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank. Supporting senior Project/Programme managers across all stages of the initiative lifecycle to deliver larger/more complex/high-priority Programmes & Projects. Lead/support definition of staffing/resourcing, responsibilities, and schedules. Lead/support the establishment of effective programme controls and procedures. Manage/support the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices. Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones. Risk and issue monitoring and coordination. Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure. Assisting with the implementation of project standards across projects. Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources. Document version management, document storage and file management. Drafting and disseminating project communications. Drive/support the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with Change framework at all times. Adhering to HSBC project methodologies.
