Description and RequirementsResponsible to support Lenovo Customers (Services Channel, Business, Business Partner, Consumer). • Manage order creation process and responsible to x orders and ensure place them according our SLA. • Comply with business control process to be audit compliant. • Ability to solve customer inquiries, investigate and follow cases in detail until bring a solution to satisfy our customer’s needs. • Accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow up. • Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports.
