Description and RequirementsThe HR Operations Specialist is in charge off administrative and operative tasks to deliver excellence in the HR department. The main activities for this role are:* Conduct file audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of HR documentation.* Process payments using systems such as Ariba and IO to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.* Provide support in onboarding documentation, ensuring all documents are complete and in order.* Manage changes and approvals in the Workday (WD) system to maintain up-to-date employee records.* Handle documentation related to employee terminations, ensuring all documents are complete and properly filed.* Assist in documentation of the hiring process, including contracts, internal policies, benefits enrollment, and compliance with legal requirements such as AFIP.* Provide timely updates to the payroll department to ensure accuracy in payment processing.*Maintain specialized providers documents updated.*Ensure all Lenovo´s documents are aligned and complaint with local policies and legal requirements.Requisition:No more than 3 years of experience in administrative roles.English proficiency.We are equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protect class.
