The Opportunity Deliver annual eCommerce plan by segment, (Nationals, Walmex & Regionals and Wholesalers) accounts, business units (>50% of total online sales) within approved budget & ensuring long term sustainability through a deep understanding of the E Commerce. Developing strategies with the client considering annual plans. By 2024 eRetail segment will sell ~$915 MMLC Support definition of AOP/PSP customer strategy with the detection of new PMF capabilities required to capture growth and new opportunities for the short and long term. Ensure top 3 advantage survey (Integral Digital Strategy) by developing E Commerce platforms creating new growth avenues on web pages, apps, call center and the different home delivery models or POS pick up. Implementation of the strategy defined by E Comm Manager according to the level of maturity of the accounts and prioritization of segmentation. Accelerate Omnichannel agenda within eRetail merchants that ensures a flawless connection between offline and online ecosystems PnL management for the segment ensuring long-term profitability within the accounts in scope Develop new accounts and new ways of generating revenue, keep an eye on developing and managing marketplaces for eRetailers Pivotal part for the proposal, development and execution of omnichannel initiatives internally and within business partners. Your Impact As eGroceries Manager your scope would consist of : Lead & ensure execution of the accounts strategies by deliver online annual sales targets above the market for all segments, accounts, business units, brands & within profit to grow overall; Ensuring long term sustainability & equity in the market. Develop accountant information regarding AOP for eRetail Ensure correct omnichannel execution within accounts in scope for full year promotional digital campaigns by BU-Brand-Account- & investment required; aligned with offline teams. Lead T2T digital meetings & JBP’s (WCCE) to elevate digital agenda Walmex, Nationals, Regional and wholesalers to present sales results, future iniciatives and investment requirements. Understand new customer capabilities to test & learn and maximize potential through the year through data analytics and client inputs. Connect, align and presented initiatives & results internally with PepsiCo Global Leaders & Latam. Partner with Commerical and support teams to identify “launch and learn” opportunities with key customers. Indentify portfolio needs for eGroceries to ensure PepsiCo remains relevant for the shoppers to deliver growth in SOM Own the online/digital customer relationships to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with eRetailers. Monitor and advise on ePerfect store factors relating to PepsiCo product performance on partner platforms and identify opportunities to cross sell, up sell, KER (Keyword Efficiency Rates) search and product boosting Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products on eRetail Maintain scorecards & consistent KPIs – Provide and request for regular detailed insights of sales and media performance, summarising in scorecards to enable comparisons and insight tangible driven actions Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth in in the market as identified in the Joint Business Plans Develop a deep understanding of the merchant portfolio from internal and external data / insights Be an internal advocate to support the Digital Transformation and the Omnichannel leader through proactive communication to top and bottom of the organization
