The Opportunity The Financial Modeling & KPIs – Associate Manager within corporate Strategy & Transformation will support Data, Analytics & Ai (D&Ai) strategic initiatives by developing financials models and implementing metrics that evaluate the performance or viability of such initiatives. This managerial role involves tracking project value, supervising associates, and delivering presentations to leadership. Additionally, the role involves the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the Value Realization Framework and template documents that adjacent teams use to ensure consistent and efficient value tracking across D&Ai. Your Impact As Financial Modeling & KPIs Associate Manager your scope would consist of: Develop KPIs and Financial Models: Create KPIs and financial models for D&Ai initiatives to improve decision-making and transparency. Manage Value Realization Framework: Implement, enhance, and coach implementation teams on the Value Realization Framework and associated templates. Supervise Analysts: Oversee and develop analysts in both direct report and project manager settings. Report and Showcase Successes: Create reports and case studies to articulate the D&Ai value proposition and highlight team successes.
