The Opportunity We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the global sustain operations for PepsiCo’s Commercial and Consumer applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and contributing the strategic direction, leadership, and performance of the sustain operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality sustain services. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, operational excellence, and strong leadership capabilities. Your Impact As SUSTAIN DIRECTOR (COMMERCIAL & CONSUMER) your scope would consist of: Strategic Leadership: Execute the strategic vision and direction for the application sustain teams Align sustain services with the company’s overall goals and objectives Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support processes and service delivery People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of customer success managers, application sustain managers, and sustain analysts Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and retention of top talent Create a safe space for teams to ideate and voice opinions on process improvements to enhance efficiency and focus on customer satisfaction Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective operation and performance of all application sustain activities Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure targets are met Implement best practices and standards for sustain operations Stay current on industry trends and advancements in application sustain technologies Control & govern all vendor management agreements & partner with Software Asset management & Procurement to resolve issues or improve relationship Identify and mitigate risks related to application sustain operations Relationship Focus Serve as the primary point of contact for major support issues and escalations Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence Build and maintain strong partnership with key business and Technology stakeholders. Work effectively across horizontal and vertical teams Collaborate with product, technology and business leaders on major projects and initiatives Ensure smooth transition of applications from development to production support Provide input on application design and architecture from a supportability perspective Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the application support budget Optimize resource allocation and utilization to meet business needs Ensure cost-effective sustain operations
