This is Managed Services position to provide functional expertise to troubleshoot production issues and test enhancements within Oracle Cloud Financials.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for our client, offering expertise in problem tracking, replication, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of complicated and critical cases. The focus of this position is to provide customer service via phone and electronic means on a functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each service incident. This position requires the individual to coordinate work with offshore team members in order to maximize overall team efficiency. The selected candidate will work remote.
