Summary & Role Information:
The charter of ECS Private Cloud Customer Center is to ensure seamless adoption of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition solution by customers through a modern digital Engagement Delivery model. The dCEM role of this unit will ensure excellent process setup and business setup for our Global Unit. This digital unit shall ensure innovative and standardized approaches towards managed services delivery of contracted responsibilities towards the customers. The dCEM will focus on an outstanding understanding and experience of our customer facing processes. In this role, he/she will combine this acquired knowledge with a deep business analysis to ensure the success of our organization.
The Role:
Get comfortable understanding PC3 strategy and processes, including interacting with our customers.
Work in active collaboration of the colleagues in the Business Intelligence Office and the Regions and participate in global initiatives that will provide improvement and evolution of our engagement model in alignment with the GCE Strategy.
Support the creation of assets and other communications with a strong focus on the PC3 strategy and the multiple initiatives.
Proactive collaboration with all PC3 regional managers, ensuring key events and milestones are communicated timely and effectively.
Contribute and drive creative initiatives that will support the customer satisfaction ambitions.
Maintain collaboration models with key interfaces update.
