What you’ll do We are seeking a talented Database Administrator with substantial technical skills to join our team in Monterrey or Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting essential projects and managing the administration of our Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery environments. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and availability. You will be able to contribute to infrastructure landscape re-architecture and the adoption of new technologies. To succeed in this role, a global perspective and customer-centric approach are essential, aligning with the values of our new ECS Delivery program. You will be continuously supporting SAP systems and resolving customer incidents. You will be collaborating with global teams to share knowledge and best practices. You will be responsible for database installations, upgrades, planning, setup, and implementation. You will provide technical expertise and support for optimizing and tuning systems. You will develop concepts and tools to improve efficiency and prevent issues. You are willing to participate in on-call duty and rotational weekend tasks.
